What is this and why?
Although we know that “rules of engagement (RoE)” is a military thing, we like to apply that to our philosophy. As you certainly understand, our RoE do not say “do not fire unless fired upon” – not even close.
Our three rules have a very specific purpose: create a pleasant work environment while providing an outstanding, world-class service to our clients.
